Stephan Burklin joined the Institute for Humane Studies as Journalism Programs Assistant in August 2011.  A native of Florida, he spent his childhood in Berlin, Germany.  In 2009, he received his BA from Wheaton College (IL), where he studied economics, philosophy, and history.  He and his wife, Abigail, reside in Arlington.
