Stefan is an Outreach Assistant at the Institute for Humane Studies and is currently participating in the Charles Koch Institute Associate Program.  He graduated from Chapman University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communication. He interned previously at the State Department and Fund for American Studies. A transplant from Portland, Oregon, Stefan’s interests include sports economics, blogging, and tennis.
