I am Jarrel Williams a graduate of Kettering University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resource and Information Systems Management. Since graduation I have had the opportunity to work for the mouse himself, Mickey Mouse, at Walt Disney World in Orlando FL as an Analyst. What brought me to IHS was an opportunity to learn more about computers and technology by joining the IT team as the Help Desk Analyst. It is my responsibility to assist the IHS staff with all of their computer needs.
