Greg Wolcott rejoined IHS in 2011 as the Director of Seminars. He holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in philosophy from The Catholic University of America. He previously worked at IHS and the Mercatus Center at George Mason University prior to graduate school as the office manager for both organizations.
