Brett is an Academic Programs Assistant at the Institute for Humane Studies and is currently participating in the Charles Koch Institute Associate Program.  He graduated from the George Washington University in 2011, having studied political science and philosophy.  A native of St. Louis, MO, his academic interests include public finance, social policy, and theories of justice.
