Ms. Amy Proulx is the Director of the Advanced Topics in Liberty program, a weekend conference series for students and professionals co-sponsored with Liberty Fund, Inc. The program hosts invitation-only conferences that involve small group discussion with a scholar or expert and fifteen participants from various backgrounds.

Amy earned her BA from Ashland University, where she studied history, philosophy, and politics. She first attended an IHS Summer Seminar in 2006. She was a 2007 Koch Summer Fellow working with the Think for Yourself Project at IHS. She joined the IHS staff in 2007. Her interests include early modern European history and thought, political obligation, and church history. She also enjoys baking for her colleagues.
