Eligibility: Applications will be considered from those who will be full-time graduate students or undergraduate juniors or seniors in the 2012-2013 academic year and have a clearly demonstrated research interest in the intellectual and institutional foundations of a free society. Awards are based on academic or professional performance, relevance of one's work to the advancement of a free society, and potential for success.
Application Fee: $25. You may pay by credit card or check. Payment instructions appear on the last page of the application. Your applications will not be reviewed until payment is received.
