Leonard Liggio

Leonard Liggio is Distinguished Senior Scholar at the Institute for Humane Studies and Executive Vice President of the Atlas Economic Research Foundation, a promoter of independent think tanks throughout the world.  Leonard is a past president of The Mont Pelerin Society, a Trustee of the Philadelphia Society and of Liberty Fund, Inc.  Until recently, he taught the Legal History Seminar at  George Mason University’s School of Law.   According to Alejandro Chafuen, President of the Atlas Foundation,  ‘Leonard’s hard work and generosity have made him one of the most respected figures in the international movement for liberty.
