Advanced Topics in Liberty
Below you will find some general information on accommodations at Advanced Topics in Liberty conferences.
IHS reserves rooms for participants at a Westin, Hilton, or equivalent hotel in your conference city. Professional conference attendees will have their own rooms. Individuals at Student and Graduate Student conferences will share a room with another participant. If you would not like to share a room, you may be able to buy out the second half of your room with either cash or part of your honorarium.
Your room will be paid for, but the hotel may require you to present a valid credit card at check in against any incidental room charges such as phone calls or room service. Upon checking in, you should receive a green conference folder containing conference details. If the person checking you in does not hand you one, please ask for it.
Meals and Special Access
Please contact Kyle Hartz if you have any special dietary restrictions or access needs. On Saturday night, we may be walking or cabbing to an excellent nearby restaurant, so please be prepared for possible exposure to "the elements."
