Michael Huemer received his Ph.D. from Rutgers University in 1998 and is presently a professor of philosophy at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is the author of Skepticism and the Veil of Perception, Ethical Intuitionism, The Problem of Political Authority, and more than forty academic articles. He has written on skepticism, perception, free will, and moral realism, among other topics.
