Bryan Caplan is an Associate Professor of Economics at George Mason University, and author of The Myth of the Rational Voter: Why Democracies Choose Bad Policies (Princeton University Press, 2007). His articles have appeared in the American Economic Review, the Economic Journal, the Journal of Law and Economics,Social Science Quarterly, and numerous other outlets. Caplan is a Cato Institute adjunct scholar and a blogger for Econlog.
